As you would expect from the leading manufacturers of animal incinerators, our range complies with EU Regulation (ABPR) (EC) No 142/2011 covering animal by-products. In fact, we were the first company to achieve UK DEFRA ‘type approval’, having been instrumental in the development and interpretation of the legislation.
Whilst the smallest in the Volkan Range, the Volkan 75 includes many of the high-quality manufacturing processes and components seen in the larger models. Practical to manage, highly efficient with a top loading function and requiring little supervision the Volkan 750 is a large capacity incinerator capable of the quick and safe disposal of a range of animal carcasses and has become the established incinerator of choice for pig farms with the main chamber able to take an average sow.
A highly reliable, versatile and large capacity machine, the Volkan 1000 was specifically designed for farmers looking to effectively manage their fallen stock and for the abattoir industry. Due to its large main chamber, the Volkan 1000 is able to easily hold a large sow carcass, making this machine a firm favourite amongst those within the Pig Farming industry.

Available as a static or mobile unit, with a burn rate of up to 700kg per hour this model is an excellent solution where rapid, bio-secure disposal is required.
