Neil Rossiter has been promoted to Managing Director of industry-leading incinerator manufacturer Waste Spectrum Environmental Limited.
Formerly Operations Director at the Midlands-based specialists in clinical, medical and animal carcass incineration, Neil has now been promoted to MD and has big plans to further enhance the business.
Neil will take over from Steve Hunt, who continues as Managing Director of the Spectrum Group, at the top of Waste Spectrum, a recent winner of the Exporter of the Year title at the Midlands Business Awards.
Neil said: “I will now have full control of the direction of Waste Spectrum and I plan to drive the business forward in a professional manner that will create further sales.
“In terms of the way we are heading, I don’t just want to sell incinerators, I want to sell solutions – we will ensure we provide the right incinerator for the right application.
“I am determined to maintain and strengthen our position in the marketplace as the most economical and bio-secure manufacturer and supplier of incinerators.”
Neil added: “I have worked hard since joining the company back in December 2007 and I am delighted to now be Managing Director of Waste Spectrum. “The big change internally is that our staff will now be looking to me for answers rather than to Steve, who remains as Group Managing Director.”
