No permit is needed for individual use of our incinerators, and the machine is DEFRA-type approved, so all you need to do is fill in one of DEFRA's online forms to let them know you have the machine. As a matter of procedure DEFRA will visit your farm to check that you do have a Waste Spectrum incinerator, and then you will be free to legally use the machine.
